Following a successful 15-years long career as a business lawyer in the fields of Real Estate & Constructions, Project Development & Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Cosmin went further with his vision and started REDPORT Capital. With this company, Cosmin aims to change the standards for real estate on the Romanian market and truly transform city’s areas into thriving urban developments.

Cosmin graduated Law at the University of Bucharest in 2001, holds a degree in Law from University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2000) and mastered his legal studies at the Institute Franco-Roumain de Droit des Affaires in Bucharest (2003). He was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2006.

ROLE IN THE COMPANY

He participates in general strategy, ensures legal architecture of current developments, leads the acquisition of projects pipeline and acts as Company’s spokesperson.
